Air-Dried Duck Feet Dog Treats: Crunchy Natural Chews
Product details
These are whole duck feet for dogs, air dried until they crunch, and the ingredient list is two words long: duck feet. We dry them in small batches and add nothing.
A duck foot is a whole chew: skin, tendon, cartilage and bone. It is the bigger, denser cousin of our chicken feet, so there is more for a dog to work through before it is gone.
Eight feet to a bag
Duck feet come in one size, a bag of 8 feet. They go in whole, with no preservatives and no artificial coloring. At a foot a day, a bag covers eight days of chewing.
Duck feet or chicken feet, by size of dog
Duck feet are for medium and large dogs, and for gulpers who need something with heft. Our chicken feet are the smaller of the two. The full comparison, texture included, is in Duck Feet vs. Chicken Feet.
Duck feet are made and shipped by Sniff and Shift in Malvern, Pennsylvania. A house that empties a bag on a schedule can manage a recurring order on our subscription page.

Feeding and storage
Feed as a treat or reward. Always supervise your dog while chewing and provide fresh drinking water. Treats should be given in moderation and should not replace a balanced diet. Between chews, reseal the bag of duck feet and keep it somewhere cool and dry.
Questions
How many duck feet can a dog have?
One foot is a reasonable day's chew for most medium and large dogs. Count it against the day's treats, and keep chews to about ten percent of what your dog eats in a day.
Do dogs eat the bones in a duck foot?
Yes, the whole foot gets eaten. Air drying is not oven cooking, and the bones stay pliable enough to break down as a dog chews instead of shattering. Take away any small piece that could be swallowed whole.
My dog swallows chews whole. Duck feet or chicken feet?
Duck feet. Very fast eaters do better with the bigger foot because there is more to work through. Stay with the dog while it chews.
Are these dehydrated duck feet for dogs?
Yes. The ingredient line on the bag reads dehydrated duck feet. We get there by air drying in small batches, with nothing added.
Do duck feet dog treats need refrigeration?
No. Dried duck feet are shelf-stable, so the bag stays out of the fridge.
