At Pristine Pet Supply, we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Opened supplements or medications
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Used grooming products
  • Products marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may be unable to cancel it.
